On Life's Highway Today

Gotta get it done. Yeah! No more waiting.

No one gonna do it for me. Gotta get this

post on the page, and get out of here!

 

Cowboy Landy here. Hope you like my

style and post. I'm no pro or author to be,

but I can handle a pen, pencil, and some prose.

 

I woke up this morning and in my head was the

phrase : Digging up thoughts is like going fishing

and digging up earth worms for bait. Some times

you where you dig, you find just a few or none.

Other places you might find the entire worm

family, clan, or community. Resulting in more

bait, thoughts or ideas then you can use today.

 

The older I get, the more I find my self talking

like an old fisherman. Yes. I'm filled with life

experiences. I've learned a lot. I've seen the

good and bad. When I open my mouth, the story

I tell may be longer, bigger, or an exaggeration

of what really happened on life's highway.

So smile and nod your head. We are not at the end

of the road yet.
